How do I care for my Bongusta textiles and rugs?
Most of our cotton products are machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius. For our hand-tufted wool rugs, we recommend regular vacuuming and professional dry cleaning only to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
